For communication, they used Basecamp, Slack, and Emails. For calls, we had used Google Meets and Zoom. The communication was very good. We are happy and satisfied.

Whenever we had the opportunity to interact with their leadership, they always seemed to be keen on ensuring that their clients were satisfied, which is, of course, great.

Despite the fact that they were available on multiple platforms like Skype, Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail, etc. We preferred Skype for any communication. Slack groups were also used for simple queries and discussions, but primarily Skype was used. The project was developed in segments with dedicated timelines, which were always met. I believe this was one of the reasons the project was delivered early.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was an enjoyable working experience, but I can highlight a few things that impressed me the most. Their availability was always a top priority. Throughout the communication process, they remained very professional and simplistic. They always took extraordinary measures to boost our productivity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Besides developing our mobile app, they also designed our website. As such, it was only reasonable to expect them to be more helpful before finalizing the cost of future projects. I think they could have provided us with more than complimentary services options.
