Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project documents the results of the pre-deployment evaluation of Stgeren’s customer service agent using AI Foundry evaluators executed in the development environment. The evaluation was conducted using a test dataset consisting of 229 structured questions.

Deliverables A total of 26 different evaluators were executed, organized into the following categories: General Purpose Evaluators (2 evaluators) Text Similarity Evaluators (9 evaluators) Composite Question-and-Answer Evaluators (5 evaluators) Agent Evaluators (2 evaluators) Safety and Risk Evaluators (8 evaluators)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcome was the generation of quantitative performance, quality, and safety metrics that validated the agent’s readiness for deployment, identified areas for improvement, and provided objective benchmarks for future optimization and production monitoring.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project was managed very effectively. We were assigned a dedicated Project Manager who maintained consistent communication through weekly progress reports and virtual meetings. All deliverables were completed successfully and on time, and the team responded very well to change requests throughout the Project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us the most was their deep knowledge of AI and their strong understanding of our needs as customers. Communication was exceptional, especially considering that the entire project was conducted remotely. Their architects are highly specialized, and they shared their certifications with us, which gave us a great deal of confidence in their expertise and capabilities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mobiik could have done differently?

We did not identify any negative aspects. The project was delivered as expected and met our requirements successfully.
