ML Data House exceeded our expectations with an advanced RAG-based automation system built entirely inside n8n. The project was expertly led by Aziz Ahmed, whose strong background in data analytics, n8n, Power BI, and Tableau was evident throughout the process.

The workflow they built is extremely sophisticated: it automatically ingests documents from Google Drive, verifies file integrity, detects content-level changes, and extracts text using AI models. It even updates our RAG knowledge base in real time without any manual effort. Features like multilayer validation, hashing, intelligent routing, and automated PDF/image text extraction make the system incredibly reliable.

The final RAG bot has transformed how we manage our knowledge base—everything stays updated, accurate, and production-ready with zero manual maintenance. We were truly impressed by the technical depth, communication, and professionalism from the ML Data House team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about MLdatahouse was the level of technical depth they brought to automation projects. Their ability to build a fully automated, RAG-powered system inside n8n—complete with validation layers, hashing, intelligent routing, and AI text extraction—is something I haven’t seen many teams pull off. They combine advanced engineering with extremely clear communication.

What stood out most was their focus on accuracy and reliability. Every part of the workflow was tested, validated, and optimized so the final RAG bot could run without manual intervention. Their attention to detail made the system feel production-ready from day one.

What challenge were you trying to address with MLdatahouse?

We wanted an AI-based analysis dashboard of our faculty and students. We had alot of data, but raw data meant nothing to us, it didnt give us the insights we needed.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MLdatahouse developed an AI-based dashboard for our school data. The team used Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to create the dashboard. We had data in our Google Sheets, and we wanted a dashboard for faculty, students, finances, and other things. We also needed AI based analysis in our dashboard.

We didn’t work with many teammates from MLdatahouse. we were only in contact with the team lead.

We found MLdatahouse on LinkedIn. They claimed to specialize in the education department. We talked to their employee on LinkedIn and found out they really knew what they were talking about.

We spent $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in January 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The dashboard worked and had a good GUI. The data was well validated, and the dashboard was updating. There were some missing segments, but MLdatahouse also corrected them. We were in continuous communication and reviewed the dashboard. The dashboard was really helpful and gave us deep insights into the data. It was never this easy to see the data before.

How did MLdatahouse perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a meeting daily and were continuously in contact. MLdatahouse was a very professional team. The team lead were always in contact and delivered the project a week before the deadline. I wanted a few changes, and they did those for free.

What did you find most impressive about them?

MLdatahouse was a growing company. They charged me like anyone else would, but they were really committed to making the project work for me. They were always available and tried to satisfy me at each point.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be better if they allowed the developer to be in direct contact with me.
