We tasked the Mishto Team for the end-to-end design of our talent platform. They had to develop the style guide, the web portal for employers looking for candidates as well as for recruitment partners supplying candidates. The work had to be delivered in fully responsive design both for web and mobile usage. In addition, the team designed a new version of our website (web and mobile) and produced marketing materials to be used for sales.

Delivery of design files in Figma for all three main deliverables:

The Mishto Team exceeded all our expectations from day one. They set-up communication via our preferred communication channel (WhatsApp) and clearly communicated what they were working on and when we could expect delivery. They were incredibly open to all of our - sometimes very detailed - feedback and implemented it smoothly. Most importantly though their design work was absolutely outstanding. Had no point in time did I have any doubt that they would deliver whatever we discussed on time and in outstanding quality.

This project aims to enhance our web platform's functionality and usability by designing and implementing a user-friendly admin panel, an engaging homepage, generic block designs for our website builder, and multiple themes for the sites generated by our builder. 

Design our admin panel - We aim to create an intuitive, sleek, and user-friendly admin panel that will provide our users with easy access to various site management functions. This includes:

• User Management: Ability to add, delete, and manage users and their respective permissions.
• Content Management: Features to add, edit, or delete website content like text, images, videos, etc.
• Analytics Dashboard: Inclusion of data representation tools like graphs and charts for a quick overview of website performance.
• Notification Center: A system to receive updates, alerts, and messages. 
• Settings: Options to customize various site aspects such as themes, layout, user roles, etc. 

Design our homepage - Our objective is to create a visually appealing, informative, and easy-to-navigate homepage. This includes: 

• User-Centric Design: The homepage should reflect the brand's identity while meeting our target audience's needs. 
• Clear Navigation: A clear, intuitive menu that makes it easy for users to find what they're looking for. 
• Compelling CTAs: Strategically placed Call-to-Action buttons to guide user behavior. 
• Responsive Design: The homepage should be responsive to different devices and screen sizes. 

Create generic block designs for our website builder - We will develop a range of generic, customizable block designs that users can easily drag and drop into their websites. This includes:

• Header and Footer Blocks: Standardized designs for headers and footers, including space for logos, navigation menus, and contact information.
• Content Blocks: Designs for text, image, video, and mixed media content.
• Interactive Blocks: Designs for forms, polls, and social media plugins.
• E-Commerce Blocks: Designs for product displays, shopping carts, and checkout procedures. 

Create multiple themes for the sites generated by our builder - To cater to a diverse user base, we will design a selection of themes that can be applied to the websites generated by our builder. This includes: 

• Industry-Specific Themes: Themes designed with specific industries in mind (e.g., e-commerce, blogging, education, etc.).
• Aesthetic Variations: A variety of visual styles to cater to different user tastes (e.g., minimalist, modern, vintage, etc.).
• Responsive Themes: Themes that look great and work well on all devices and screen sizes.
• Customizability: Options for users to modify theme colors, fonts, and other design elements. 

Throughout this project, we will prioritize user experience and accessibility, ensuring our designs meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We will also focus on creating SEO-friendly design structures to optimize the visibility of the websites generated by our builder. Our ultimate goal is to provide a platform that combines ease of use, versatility, and visual appeal, empowering our users to create beautiful and effective websites.

Mishto have surprised us with very fast turnover, always before the agreed upon deadline, and always in the highest quality possible. They understood our company's needs, and asked relevant questions about unclear areas, in an efficient manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's close to impossible to find a partner that can provide maximum value for the reserved budget, with no delays and always overdelivering. Their designs are very clean and they have solid UX/UI design instincts, so at the end most of the times we did not even have to ask for any modifications. We could simply move on to the next milestone.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mishto could have done differently?

I can't think of anything I would ask them to change. And in the short time we worked together, they showed signs of improving their techniques and designs even more.

The scope of work involved creating a series of high fidelity mock-ups for a web application and then translating them into an interactive prototype in figma. The key deliverables included detailed mock-ups for each screen of the application, as well as an interactive prototype that demonstrated the flow and functionality of the app.

The project required a thorough understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

Mishto started by creating a new brand identity, one that was both professional and dynamic, to appeal to a young demographic. The second deliverable was a complete redesign of existing the UI/UX flow, followed by an ongoing collaboration on new screens and features. In addition, Mishto helped with the implementation part on a T&M basis.

Mishto delivered on time and within budget all throughout the project, with the exception of a few instances where we had a larger number of change requests and scope expansions, but this was communicated clearly and was reasonable given the circumstances.

My experience working with Mishto was fantastic, which is why we've worked together for much longer than initially planned. Chris and the team really get it, they always put a lot of thought and care into the design, making sure every detail is right. More importantly, they felt like an extension of our team, quick to iterate, and really understood our user base and our needs.

None that are material enough to mention - perhaps a bigger team to be able to undertake work on several platforms more quickly.
