So far, we’ve seen a 65% increase in our organic traffic as well as an increase in the number of inquiries we receive. We also now get 4–5 leads per month through our Google Ads campaigns.

Our goal was to reach out to more people in order to raise awareness of our flagship programme.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and decided to work with them based on reviews.

We first met up to go through the different challenges we faced. After identifying the issues we faced, we then worked with Miron Digital to formulate a strategy that will address these issues. We built our website concurrently with the timeline while Miron Digital has figured out some workarounds to get the marketing to get started even though our website hasn't be completed. Monthly, Miron will go through with us on the targets and deliverables and will ensure that we understand everything that's in order.

They assigned a key person, Chris, to work with us. Chris is the project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Ever since working with them, our lead generation has been consistent month on month.

Communication and timeliness is managed very well. Chris is contactable at all times and we have no worries about him not being contactable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of empathy is awe-inspiring. I feel that aptitude is a given but attitude is a bonus.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I feel that the only area of improvement i feel is that they can look at the marketing campaign more on a campaign level instead of just on a SEO/SEM level.
