For what projects/services did your company hire Miracle Agency, and what were your goals?

Miracle created a series of videos describing our product and the ways to use it in a super clear, picturesque, and stylish way. The videos were created for the SaaS online platform to tell users some product details, possible ways of using it, and their next steps after entering the system. The goals were to increase conversion into subscription customers, answer possible questions and minimize the load for our support services. All of them were reached.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We worked together previously on a different project for a different software company. My team and I enjoyed the experience back then, so we decided to use their services again.

Four videos are avaiable on YouTube on the GiniMachine channel: under 1 minute each. Videos describe the system, how to interact with the interface, where to find specific features and why they are so necessary. The videos are full of nicely integrated vivid comparisons and motion design. Great looking, much better than just a screencast.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Our marketing team worked with Miracle producers using a single communication platform and step-by-step team discussions. The Miracle team is very attentive to feedback and implements our own ideas. At the same time, they also offer many new fresh ideas to discuss.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Analytics says that users watch videos and then easily perform necessary actions in the system without asking additional questions. The videos gain hundreds of views on YouTube, and our existing customers highly appreciated this way of sharing information.

Everything was fine and nicely organized.

I am the VP of Marketing for Excel Impact. Excel Impact is a leading performance-driven online customer acquisition firm with a focus on the insurance industry. Excel Impact specializes in lead generation, inbound calls, and internet advertising for its core products, which include Medicare, health, life, auto, and home insurance.

For what projects/services did your company hire Miracle Agency, and what were your goals?

With the new remote environment, we wanted a fun way to interact with the team. We started working with Mircale Agency to develop media content for our first-ever online conference.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose to work with the Miracle Agency thanks to the feedback of one of our employees, who previously worked with their team and got a good result. We also got acquainted with the portfolio on their website. We were impressed with their approach to design and their passion for fresh ideas.

To solve our problem, it was necessary to communicate through the creation of several video clips. An analysis of our brand and audience was carried out. Further, several options for the implementation of the videos were developed, including new ideas and screenplays. After a detailed discussion, the studio's specialists started creating the content we needed.

As our deadlines were strict, they developed several videos in parallel and quickly. We were constantly provided with ready-made materials for review and comments. Our feedback was quickly analyzed by the Miracle Agency team and the necessary adjustments were made.

I would like to note that they showed their expertise and offered us more appropriate solutions or justified why certain things might not be suitable. That was very important for us as we will use this experience in future projects.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

During our project we collaborated with a project manager, a creator, a motion designer and an art director of Miracle studio. These specialists clearly and promptly advised us how to achieve better results in content creation.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There are no direct deliverables that are measurable, but our first conference was very successful. I think the team overall was impressed by the quality of the creatives that were made.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We found the communication process between us very pleasant. Our team quickly got on “the same wavelength” with the studio specialists. Our internal designers were pleasantly impressed by working with the designers from Miracle Agency.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did an excellent job accepting feedback and providing ideas for our videos. They responded quickly and provided high quality deliverables.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's hard to say since we don't have much experience in video production. But we're overall very happy with the results

I'm a Content Marketing Manager at HES. We develop financial software to automate loan origination and loan management.

We selected Miracle Agency to discover video content as a new content type for our company. The task was challenging indeed: for the first video we wanted to reach several goals at a time: create a brand reputation, briefly explain our positioning among competitors and give a short product explainer with a dynamic screencast.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The deciding factors were vast experience with motion design, understanding of our goals, skills in making stylish and dynamic presentations of digital products and services, and their proactivity at the bidding stage. Several options were offered to reach various goals and match any type of budget.

We started with our own scenario, which was totally re-imagined and re-worked by the MIracle team with valuable additions and fresh-looking details. The project flow was smooth and stable - minimum necessary communication and detailed calls and explanations, when necessary.

We created a separate chat for rapid discussions and link exchange and communicated with the manager and with a technical team member, if needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We would be happy to share that later. For now - our company's teams liked the result, we are preparing the marketing campaign.

Great respect for deadlines, ease, and comfort. We moved forward week by week, the Miracle team announced the milestones from the very beginning and that was clear to us what to expect at each stage. A very nice balance of listening to our ideas and offering their own solutions.

We enjoy creative thinking, a high level of responsibility, and a well-structured workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I guess for the first experience of this kind we managed to do that well.
