I’m an analyst at Sphinx. Our company builds a next-generation platform that empowers content creators to share stories and engage with their audience in real time.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Mint-Ops to accomplish?

I hired Mint-Ops to develop a platform that allows content creators to share stories and engage with their audience in real time. The main goals were to build a smooth UX, ensure security, and make the system scalable to support a growing creator community.

SOLUTION

What specific parts of the project did Mint-Ops work on?

Mint-Ops only handled a very small part of the project. The team created a Figma account and a rendering of the frontend.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $500 on this project.

How did you come to work with Mint-Ops?

I found them on Facebook. I selected Mint-Ops because I saw their expertise and services perfectly matched my project’s requirements.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We worked with Mint-Ops in August 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The work Mint-Ops delivered was far from professional and lacked the expected quality. The project didn’t achieve the expected measurable outcomes, and progress was limited due to a lack of coordination, insufficient support, and delays.  Many deliverables required revisions, and the overall consistency and attention to detail were lacking.

How did Mint-Ops perform from a project management standpoint?

Mint-Ops’ project management was somewhat disorganized and lacked clear coordination. The team didn’t consistently deliver on time, and there were unexpected promises that complicated the process. Our primary form of communication was Google Meet.  Given the challenges and issues I encountered with them, the overall value for money was less than I expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

I didn’t find many aspects particularly impressive or unique about working with Mint-Ops.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Mint-Ops struggled with communication and coordination throughout the project. They often missed deadlines. Overall, their project management could’ve been much more organized.
