Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project involved a complete redesign and rebrand. We started with a rebrand project which involved selecting colours, fonts, a new logo. A brand kit was delivered within budget and on time. The second phase of the project was a new website design. It was held as a bootcamp style with a brainstorming session to set up the new design and outline. Then we worked together to create the website and make any necessary changes. We had over 45 pages to design including graphic design, content creation, photography, and SEO optimization.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The rebranding kit was delivered on time and within budget. Our team loved the new look including logo, colours, fonts, and overall look of the brand. We had multiple versions of the logo and specific instructions on how to use each branded element which was helpful for me as someone who does not understand graphic design. Since launching our new website, we have noticed an improvement in the number of leads coming through our website as well as the ease of converting new leads specifically for our back pain program.

Jeff does a great job custom-tailoring the products/services to the specific business he serves. I get the sense that everything is made bespoke to our needs and isn't templated or generic.
