Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the operations manager of an IT company with a total of about 90 employees based in India. We cater to businesses around the world for IT-related jobs like web applications, e-commerce, and mobile apps.

What challenge were you trying to address with Milople?

Getting talented people into the organization became a challenge due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, we hired Milople to outsource the services that we provide to our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Milople is one of the organizations that is helping us fulfill our projects on time. They provide resources to us so we can complete projects such as Magento or Shopify development.

What is the team composition?

We’re probably working 8–9 people, but Chirag (COO) is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with them?

We never wanted to have somebody working on a contractual basis, It was very difficult to have the proper resources to fulfill client projects and it was getting challenging since the COVID-19 pandemic started. I expressed my frustrations over the hiring of candidates to my HR team.  We decided to go for a different model where we partner with other companies like Milople and they’d provide us with candidates to fulfill our projects.

I found Milople through one of my business partners who was based in another part of India since we had two company offices. He had a very good relationship with them ever since their time in college.

What is the status of the engagement?

Our ongoing relationship began in January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

For a project to be a successful one, a vendor should fulfill their client’s requirements and deadline. On top of that, they should provide good quality and reusable code. Milople has been able to achieve all of those metrics.

Their team has experience of around 8–9 years in their respective domains. They’re very consistent in delivering the requirements of the customers, and they have a very firm knowledge of whatever platform we work on which is mostly Magento or Shopify. We’re very happy with their services and we’re not hiring since we have got a very good momentum with the people on their team.

How did Milople perform from a project management standpoint?

Despite working on multiple projects, Milople has been quite efficient ever since we have started working with them. Budget-wise, we have a good ROI. The team has excellent communication skills. If we need to discuss something, Chirag is the guy we deal with. If we have to discuss specific projects, our developers talk using any means of communication, which gets the job done.

In addition, we use a project management system that is a self-hosted platform purchased from the active club and it has been very useful. We’re also using Hubstaff at the same time to track the work of the people. Overall, having a software and project manager is a great idea when people are working remotely on any project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to debug an issue is a very critical part of the project. This is where I find them very useful and reliable. You can make an app, but the critical part is identifying the source of a problem, and their team is great at that. Overall, their team is capable of delivering every aspect of our project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to hire more people in their organization. They’re trying their best to deliver to my company’s expectations, but I expect them to build a larger team where I can rely on more people to deliver more projects.

Any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve in your project and explain that to Milople. They have a great team that will take you through your projects.

I'm founder of Mechodal Technology, Mechodal are a company with a team of passionate individuals. The journey started with the dream of four men to create a company providing remarkable design and IT services and we are here!!

For what projects/services did your company hire Milople, and what were your goals?

One of our clients had to get me LMS platform made, we are also an IT firm, but we didn't have enough resources, so we hired Milople.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our company is in Bhavnagar so first of all we started searching for local player , We got Milople as the best company related to IT development in Bhavnagar , As we found out about Milople , we looked at their online reviews, which were pretty impressive. Then we got to know that Milople has done a good job in the international as well. So finally we have been convinced that we should hire Milople .

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Milople had split the whole Project into four Parts, first they build UI of the project on Figma, After our approval, they work on the frontend part and as they compete for the frontend part, they work on the backend part .. As they complete the project Milople assign QA For testing .

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project Manager (Chirag) is the main point for us, They Handle Very Well Project, also Milople Assign Two Cross Platform Developer and Two Backend Developer, as well as they, assign One QA ( he is a humble person they also help us get the best User Experience ) , and Ashvin ( CEO ) also helps to handle all things

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We thought that we would be ahead of our competitor, fetish as soon as our platform went live we automatically moved ahead.

His project manager was the best, he picked up our call anytime, always helped during the whole project development and lunching

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Milople team which I like and our entire company. They always helped us and solved any problems we had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think there is any point that they need any improvement, they have great team, great developer, and great leaders.
