We needed to improve the support that employees receive, stabilize the network, and reduce costs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Millennium Group Computing took our servers and moved them to a data center, which significantly reduced any downtime. The team also provided IT support services.

I had worked with them at my previous company. Since I knew the level of service they could provide, I brought them into my current company. Moreover, they offered good value for the cost.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The Millennium Group Computing improved the time employees received support by 50%–75%. Our prior provider would take hours and even days to respond to a ticket, and The Millennium Group Computing's response time was usually within 30 minutes or less. We also saved around 20%–25% in our IT costs compared to the prior provider.Moreover, when our servers were moved to the data center, we were back up and running. The team took our servers down late on a Friday afternoon and was back up on Monday morning.

They delivered on time. We communicated via in-person and virtual meetings.
