We provide remote/virtual bookkeeping services. We do not provide CPA or tax return services. We will work with you to get your financial house in order so you can file your tax returns each year with your CPA or tax person of choice. We are thorough, dependable, and accurate number gurus. A. Review Customer: "I'd like to do all the day-to-day functions in Quickbooks but need someone to look over my work and do the more complex Quickbooks entries."

B. Lite & Ongoing Customer: "I plan to handle all the day-to-day bookkeeping functions manually "by hand" (pay the bills, make the deposits, etc.) but need someone to integrate my information into an accounting program every month."

C. Catch-up Customer: "I'm one year behind on my bookkeeping and need to play catch-up."

D. Personal Finances Customer: "I'm at a point in my life that I do not want to hassle with paying my bills" or "I still want to pay my bills but want to know where my money is going allowing me to have a clear picture of my personal financial status."

E. Heavy "Full Charge" & Ongoing Customer: "I need someone to do all (or many) of the listed tasks on this ad monthly."

We also help our customers with special needs at any given time. We call these services Special Projects/Requests and these are on an as-needed basis. ~ Premium Services Available ~ Special Projects/Requests are available and are billed as additional line items on the invoice.
