Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

My company used WhatsApp Business for customer service, a third-party CRM platform for contact management, and a system that linked PDFs to generate documentation using lead data in a piecemeal fashion—with various departments either integrated via API or operating independently. The goal was to centralize everything into a dedicated company app featuring all the capabilities a nautical school requires.

Primarily involving class notifications and student statistics. Funnel automation utilizing variables for documents and messages.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was possible to reduce costs by canceling the other platforms, manage the student base in a personalized way, and integrate WhatsApp marketing tools for upselling.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were extremely precise and responsive. They were consistently polite and upfront about what was and wasn't feasible, instilling a great sense of confidence and security in me.

The app and server were deployed on my own platforms, and at no point did they ask for passwords or direct access. We set up a shared email account for development purposes, which was sufficient for managing the project.

I am writing this review because my previous experiences with professionals in this field had never been as positive as this one. I am very grateful for the results and the service I received.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the speed with which they handled the project, even though we were on opposite sides of the globe and spoke different languages. All communication took place in Portuguese, and time zone differences posed no obstacle.

Beyond that, the logic behind the execution surprised me. By grasping the nuances of each workflow, they managed to complete the tasks in a way that far exceeded the expectations we had formed based on generic apps.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Midmire could have done differently?

I don't believe perfect professionals exist. But there are undoubtedly those who know how to listen and offer input politely. Midmire has that quality; without a doubt, if there are any hurdles they need to overcome, it is simply because they haven't encountered that specific challenge yet. And I have no doubt they will handle it with genuine sincerity toward the client.
