We would like to increase our brand awareness and have a marketer to help us create contents, run/monitor ads consistently. By running ads, we can understand more about our target audience and how to retarget them which is also part of MID's services.

From a referral. What made me decided to work with them is because of their patience and dedication to get things right especially when it comes to ads and designs. We also felt prioritised as they only have a number of clients on hand compared to other agencies where they have too many clients resulting in losing focus/attention.

First we sat down and gather ideas, what we require, planning then they proposed ideas and strategy for us. Second is planning stage which posting and ads creation is discussed according to our expected timeline. Then implementation and lastly the monitoring stage where all reports are analysed and adjusted if necessary.

One ads strategist, account manager, social media marketer and a designer.

The reach campaign is high approx 100k reach. Lesser ad spent but with better results.

We have meetings twice a month to go through monthly results and upcoming plans. Apart from that we communicate via phone calls or WhatsApp if we have any ad-hoc task or questions and usually they're responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Much love and passion. They were attentive throughout the project, curating every idea and content as carefully as possible. Most important their personalised service is what I appreciated most.

They can consider expanding their team as it is small now. But overall still good job.
