I am a partner at ISEC and manage at both strategic and operational level a team of cybersecurity professionals.

Development of a phishing campaign platform for a customer based on their special needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have known and been working with Micumo for a few years now. We are confident Micumo is capable of providing software development services at the highest level of expertise.

Micumo took care of designing and implementing the platform. We worked closely during the functional design phased. At later stages we were responsible for development of a malicious-non-malicious PDF file that would later be sent during the phishing campaigns. Micumo experts had their say in terms of the technical and functional aspects of the PDF file development.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3 senior software developers, including a lead programmer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project matched customer's needs and -- hopefully -- exceeded the expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked closely without delays, communicated efficiently. They had no trouble making sure that the end result will be delivered timely and professionally.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ease of understanding customer's needs and very good communication skills along with a friendly atmosphere of co-operation. I am also very much impressed by the software development skills of Micumo experts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Since we have known each other for a long time, we believe that our smooth co-operation is a result of joint projects during which we successfully learnt to work together.

Main goal of the project was to create a system that facilitates communication andc everyday work of employees in our office.

Micumo has developed a comprehensive tool that allows to manage the entire range of internal services addressed to our employees, related to the administration of office space, fleet and equipment management, improving communication or supporting safety.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project has been developed for over 7 years and is still being expanded with new functionalities, and the services provided within the system are among the most willingly used by our employees.

Communication with Micumo took place both in a traditional way and through multimedia tools. The supplier was able to be always available both in the key stages of the project and in everyday cooperation.

All requests for corrections in the project as well as corrections were implemented immediately, without any delays. Additionally, often their experience and knowledge, already at the stage of solution design, could support us and find the best solutions.

Helpful advice, as well as a number of solutions, have always been provided within the framework of the current contract and not at extra cost.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Above all, excellent communication and impeccable cooperation - this is what makes Micumo stand out. Their unconventional approach and the knowledge they possess give them a significant advantage on the market. The best supplier I've worked with for a dedicated project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No objections. It is definitely Micumo that should be an example for other companies, how to cooperate and how to implement projects. I can only congratulate you on your professional approach to business.

Our goal was to create a tool to manage the processes of collecting marketing consents from our clients.

How did you select Micumo and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to choose Micumo based on the experience of working on previous projects.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope of the project was to create a tool that allows to create and manage processes of collecting marketing consents. The key requirement was the ability to fully customize the steps taken when collecting the consent. in addition, the system had to support various communication channels (e.g. SMS, email).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have received a tool that fully meets our requirements and we are constantly expanding it with new functionalities.

Communication took place mainly by email. We also used Microsoft Teams messenger to discuss changes in requirements, emerging problems and project progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Great communication and instant reaction to changing requirements and emerging problems.

Currently I don't see any areas for improvement.

Over the years together with Micumo we have developed set off applications that allowed us to conduct various surveys among our customers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

During the development of the project, we conducted many survey campaigns and we are still running new ones, which allows us to constantly increase the quality of our services.

Our cooperation with Micumo followed the agile methodology. Thanks to daily communication the team was able to quickly respond to changing requirements.

Knowledge and experience enabling the implementation of each task and solving any problem that arises during the project implementation.
