I’m the co-founder of a company that builds web platforms.

We had an idea for a web application and needed help developing it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Micronstars has been developing our web application from scratch. Initially, we gave them our product documentation and requirements. The application is for working with PDFs, and the first phase of the project was about cropping, merging, and sorting PDF documents.

Now, we’re working on images and other functionalities with Micronstars. Their main technology is Django, a Python framework. The project is live, but we’re still adding features. The team has also suggested several ideas.

We mainly work with 3–4 people.

Micronstars has been good with deadlines. We use Asana and Slack for project management and communication. We mostly communicate via email, but we also have phone calls and meetings.

The team has delivered on time and suggested great new ideas for our project. The project manager is always there to bounce off ideas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, we have poor communication with Micronstars.
