The scope of work focused on improving the overall conversion rate across the GiantMouse website by identifying and addressing points of friction in the customer journey. This included a full audit of the site’s user experience, from landing pages to checkout, with an emphasis on optimizing mobile and desktop performance. Key deliverables included detailed UX and CRO analysis, mockups for redesigned pages, ongoing A/B testing with analysis, and regular reporting on performance metrics. Michael also provided recommendations for improving product page layouts, call-to-action placement, and navigation structure, along with implementation support and clear documentation for any changes made. The goal was not only to increase purchases but also to improve engagement, reduce bounce rates, and grow average order value through thoughtful, data-driven improvements.

Importantly, Michael also helped us minimize the impact of a supply chain issue that could have disrupted customer confidence. MHT Media designed the websites for several of our RV and Mobile Home Parks, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms. They delivered accurate and detailed content, and successfully implemented updates to the API on our storage facility website—resulting in an impressive new platform. In addition, they provide ongoing monthly maintenance for all of our websites, supporting us with modifications, add-ons, new integrations, and design or formatting adjustments. MHT is a valuable resource for offering a second opinion or business insight related to web design.
