We needed help developing a document ingestion and intelligence web application.

Can you describe the scope of work MGT-Soft handled for your document intelligence project?

MGT-Soft developed a fully working web application that fit all of our needs. The team also created the UI/UX design and our logo. Regarding the app’s features, the team built an AI document intelligence system, RAG, a vector database, and the app’s frontend and backend.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MGT-Soft provided a fully functional application that satisfied all our needs. The app delivered measurable value by improving how compliance-heavy documents were processed, reviewed, and organized. Early results showed a significant reduction in manual document handling time, faster access to structured compliance information, and improved consistency in how teams managed records across workflows. 
In fact, the app cut document-related manual workload by up to 70% and significantly improved overall processing time. By automating document intake, classification, extraction, and organization, the platform allowed teams to move away from repetitive manual review and handle compliance workflows much faster.

How did MGT-Soft perform from a project management standpoint?

MGT-Soft delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What stood out most about working with MGT-Soft was their ability to combine strong technical execution with a clear understanding of business needs. They were not just focused on building features but on solving the actual operational challenges behind the product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the collaboration was very strong. If there was one area for improvement, it would have been even more frequent progress updates during some stages of the project.
