MGN Events is a creative event agency in Windsor, west of London, producing brand activations, pop-ups, roadshows, conferences and launches across the UK and Europe. Founded in 2008. Full service: strategy, creative, production and delivery are run by one team, with our own warehouse for custom builds and specialist partners for fabrication, set design and joinery when a project needs them.
Recent work: e.l.f. Beauty's Glow Tour roadshow across Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo (1,000+ influencers took part); the e.l.f. Soft Glam pop-up in Manchester and London (2,000+ guests and 1,500+ shade matches in six days, three weeks from brief to opening); At Home with HiPP (250+ pieces of creator content and 280,000 impressions in 48 hours); d'Alba at TikTok Shop's K-Beauty Super Brand Week (1,000+ visitors and £23,000 in sales from two days); Opera Browser Days in Lisbon for 52 international journalists (30+ articles published).
Clients include Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Hyundai, Virgin Atlantic, BMW, Sky, Trainline, McLaren, Heathrow and The Economist. We work direct with brand and marketing teams, and as a white-label production partner for creative, advertising and marketing agencies.
Projects run from 20-person leadership offsites to 2,000-delegate conferences and six-figure activations. Runnymede Business of the Year 2023.
