I’m the main director and manager of a private consultancy company. We mainly specialize in data processing, analysis, and management. I run online courses that teach people how to get into new professions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mexman. Films?

I needed help with social media marketing and digital strategy marketing services. I’d gone to different events and tried to promote myself on LinkedIn to find potential clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When we met Mexman. Films, we initially talked about the company’s media presentation because I didn’t have any materials. We sat together and evaluated what I was doing, and they made some proposals.

They did some promotional materials for marketing. They took pictures of me, my team, and the premises where we held the events. Then, Mexman. Films prepared the whole marketing strategy on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and some short videos to use as YouTube commercials. They also helped me with video scenarios and provided people to do them on their behalf. Additionally, we consulted frequently with Mexman. Films to respond to our comments on our social media pages.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in July 2019 and finished it in November 2019. However, we’re still working together on a different project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When I ran campaigns myself, my lead cost was roughly $10, and the sale cost was about $113. After I started working with Mexman. Films and promoting on social media, our lead cost dropped to somewhere between $0.20–$0.30, while the sale cost decreased to $70–$80.

How did Mexman Films perform from a project management standpoint?

Timelines depended on how quickly I could provide what they requested, so the delays were mainly from my side. Ou initial meeting was in person, and then we had meetings every 10 days. We also used email, Telegram, and calls for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The whole engagement was outstanding. They delivered everything that I asked for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their project and budget management; I still help them with those areas.

Any advice for potential customers?

If you know what you want, just go there and tell them. However, you can fully trust them to guide you if you don’t know yet.
