• For the Website Design and Development - Through the use of Webflow they created a homepage for Givey. This included a wireframe, branding, strategy and development to achieve our KPI's within the front end. Key deliverables were; including CTA's for new sign ups, creating a modern trending webpage to attract new signs ups and highlight our USP's to our audience. 
  Creating clear messaging through every section of the webpage and making the UI/UX simple and clear for our audience to understand who Givey are and the benefits of joining us. Also, the webpage had to work seamlessly with our current website that was built from Ruby on Rails and had to work well and look attractive through mobile devices as many of our users are via mobile. 
• The Mobile App - Aim was to get the entire Givey website on a mobile experience. With a new UI/UX including the option for the user to give donations via the mobile app. The user would register, choose their charity and set up a fundraising page. Then use the app to collect donations, raise awareness and share the donation page with their donors so others could join the app and support the cause.

The Givey website UI/UX was upgraded and streamlined. The new website helped in increasing our sign ups and donations and increased our brand awareness and mission in the third sector. The mobile app gave our users the experience of our platform through their handheld devices. The app also helped us reach donors who extensively use mobile devices.

The company use agile methodologies for the project management which helped us keep track of the progress in regular increments. Most of the agreed deliverables were submitted on time. They responded to our needs in a professional manner and always catered to the change in compliance that is needed in the sector where we operate.

Hardy and his team were subject matter experts. This allowed them to deliver as per the expectations. Also, the interaction was not limited to staff augmentation but Hardy also collaborated on technical aspects of projects beyond staff augmentation.

We wanted to develop a very user friendly mobile application that would be utilised mainly by 16-24 year olds. The application would also need to be attractive for education establishments so that they would advertise on the platform.

How did you select this vendor?

After reviewing a few different vendors and receiving quotes, I found this vendor to be cost effective (not the cheapest) but could also point me towards previous happy customers as well as a variety of different projects they had completed previously. After speaking with the team, they also challenged my concept a little more which in turn helped to better the idea and make it more successful. This gave me the confidence I needed to select them.

We worked very closely with the team at Mexcelle to refine the concept, plan and then produce some mock ups which we reviewed before going into full development. After the initial launch, the team were always there to help afterwards which was great.

The input during the ideation stage was fantastic and the best practice and knowledge sharing that the team contributed can be seen throughout the app.

It was great. We had a point of contact in the UK as well as a consistent point of contact in India. This mix of time zones meant that it felt as though progress was being made on the project at all times throughout the day, even when our UK team were asleep which was a fantastic feeling.

The knowledge of their industry. They invested time to really understand what success looks like for the project. Also, their attention to detail.
