MetMov installs operating systems for founder-led businesses. When growth outruns structure and every decision routes through the founder, we build the machinery that fixes it: decision rights, KPI architecture, governance forums, and a weekly operating cadence the leadership team runs without being chased.

Our core engagement is the Operating Spine Install: fixed scope, roughly 90 days. We map how decisions actually flow today, design the decision rights and escalation paths the business needs, build the KPI tree and dashboards leadership reviews weekly, and install the operating rhythm that keeps it all running. Then we leave, and the system stays.

That is the difference from hiring a fractional COO. A fractional COO is rented executive capacity; the capability leaves with the person. The system we install lives in the company. Many clients hire operators after the install, into a structure where a new leader is effective in weeks instead of quarters.
