Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the manager of Connaxis Hosting company. We have been active in the hosting business since 1995. We are here to help our customers make the most of their online ventures.

For what projects/services did your company hire Metclouds Technologies, and what were your goals?

There have been numerous projects over the last 10 years in which Metclouds helped us. Currently they still maintain our customer control panel, which is always evolving.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We started out with a small project for a clients website. After successful delivery and the satisfying work relation we had, we started to push more projects their way.

Our customer control panel includes a lot of different parts. We have a domain registration page, which is fully automated. Another part is the integrated billing system. Hosting accounts can be activated through the panel too etc... This is all linux based and built with the cakephp framework.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Usually we work with one project leader and one programmer.

We have had a lot of positive feedback from clients about our control panel.

Communication is good and efficient. We frequently discuss various parts and steps during the development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The process is very efficient and their input is great. When we come up with an idea, we discuss and brainstorm with them. They always have great ideas on how to solve and develop the challenges at hand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really.
