Taking the original mobile application and improving it's interface and user experience for our full rebuild of the application.

All current functions of the application converted to the new design
User experience factored in based off user feedback of the old application
Light/dark mode factored in
Components based design, making it easier for developers to integrate it into new application.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our measurable outcomes all were based off delivery of assets in the intended time frame and if shareholders were happy with the outcome. Weekly virtual meetings allowed us to see progress.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They used a management board to show all the tasks however the designs provided gave me a better view of what had been done. The items were delivered within the budgetted time and we had Tom work on a few other items for our web application. Tom was very responsive to any questions through chat/trello or email.

I would say that having a combination of all of the below.

Strong knowledge and experience in UI/UX design
Fast and responsive with clear deadlines.
