Every project runs through three connected phases: strategy, design and development. We start by aligning on goals, audience and scope, then design in Figma with regular reviews, and build on the agreed platform. You get a clear scope and price upfront, a shared timeline, and weekly updates. You always work directly with the people doing the work, with no account managers in between.

It starts with a free 20-minute call to understand your business and goals. We then send a proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed price. Once approved, we run a kickoff to gather access, brand assets and references, and set up a shared workspace so feedback and decisions stay in one place.

We keep a small number of projects at a time on purpose, so every client gets senior attention and fast responses. If we can't start right away, we'll tell you upfront and give you a realistic start date.

More people now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI which brand to choose. AI visibility (Generative Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization) makes sure those tools can find, understand and recommend your brand: structured data, llms.txt, AI crawler access and content written to be cited. We include it in every website and store we build, and also offer it as a standalone audit.

For ecommerce we work with Shopify, Tiendanube and WooCommerce, choosing based on your market and how you sell. For websites we build custom sites with modern frameworks or on WordPress, and we design brand systems and design systems in Figma and code. We work remotely in English and Spanish, with clients in the US, Europe and Latin America.
