Mentivis is a consulting firm specialising in learning strategy and AI implementation, working with enterprises, HR departments, training organisations and higher education institutions.
We operate across three levels: learning and development strategy, design and deployment of AI-powered training programmes, and technology-driven transformation of training offerings.
Our core technology, MentivisOS, analyses the gap between each learner's current competencies and their target skills, then generates the exact learning path to bridge it, for each person, starting from their actual level. Deployed in enterprises to accelerate team upskilling, in training organisations to personalise programmes at scale, and in higher education institutions to adapt curricula to each student's real profile.
Our engagements cover learning audit and strategy, AI-powered instructional design, certification support, and apprenticeship recruitment outsourcing.
