Melissa Campbell

Continuing to follow her passion, Melissa forged a successful career in the Australian Army, working as a musician and soldier. Being part of such a huge organization taught her the importance of strong processes, procedures, and team management. Since that time those skills have proven invaluable in both her personal and professional life. 

Having discovered a love of financial administration while performing various roles throughout her time in the Army, Melissa decided it was time to get a “real job” and completed a Master in Business Administration (Professional Accounting). 

Melissa has over 10 years’ experience working in public practice in South East Queensland and has always felt she had more to give her clients than purely meeting their compliance needs. After a stint as a business strategist with McConachie Stedman and working as a commercial accountant with FK Gardner & Sons Group in Toowoomba she has developed great insight into the differing needs of small to medium business owners as well as formulating strategies and systems to ensure future success.

Melissa works intensively with her clients to improve the profitability and success of their businesses while developing systems to give them back control over their lives. She is most satisfied when she has the opportunity to utilize her business and accounting skills to make a real difference in the lives and success of her clients. Since her move to the Sunshine Coast, she has been working with CFO One www.cfo-one.com.au to offer management accounting and specialist tax services with the support of a fantastic group of businesspeople.
