Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the director of the local TV station Rudersdal TV. Rudersdal TV broadcasts in the Capital Region of Denmark on the air and cable TV via the TV station Kanal 1 on Kanal Hovedstaden.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mediehuset København, and what were your goals?
In connection with a series of debate broadcasts, we needed a green screen studio, which we do not have ourselves. Therefore, we contacted Mediehuset Copenhagen, as we learned from other TV stations that Mediehuset has many years of experience with both green screen productions and not least productions of TV programs.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for a 3-walled green screen studio located in the center of Copenhagen. The choice fell on Mediehuset København, because they are super centrally located by Copenhagen Central Station - which we know our guests and customers will value highly.

It was obvious to us, already at our first meeting, that this production company was highly experienced in customer management, development and understanding of what it is that you as a customer need.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
All the way from the creative process to the studio production - and until the final delivery of the final masters, they instilled respect and calm. Even when we had a short deadline with last production, we felt in safe hands.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
All our productions were prime produced and delivered on time and even before. We had expected less, but got a whole lot more. In the intervening phases, we enjoyed their friendliness and kindness. The media house has creative and energetic employees.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The correspondence took place through secured emails. Agreements / contracts were handled with an online system with handling of both electronic and digital signatures. Master was delivered through Mediehuset's own GDPR-secured file server.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
No doubt about what Mediehuset København stands out most clearly is the feeling of security - and that we will probably have to achieve it all, even if the deadline is short.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Well, if we absolutely must find the hair in the soup; Then they should have their coffee machine replaced. They promised it was done for next time :-)
