Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We approached The Medically with a plan to create a dental portal with useful patient information and an extensive topic coverage plan. Our goal is to monetize this portal with display ads and affiliate income, while also allowing fellow dentists to buy featured placements. The website had to be created in Wordpress, have a responsive design and, more importantly, get organic traffic as soon as possible.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We broke the project into stages: the first delivery was the website itself, which was built very fast. We time is a constraint, not wasting months with the website built was an added perk. The most important part of our project was the medical SEO work, which included: 

• competitor analysis (they looked for ranking gaps against our main competitors) 
• topical map (we are a dental portal, so they delivered tiered sub-topics on procedures, conditions, products etc.) 
• initial keywords that we could approach to see imediate rankings 
• content briefs for all our new content 
• articles written for our dental portal, which we verified for accuracy and approved. 
• weekly video calls to discuss our progress and new ideas to improve.

The owner, Ramona, was on time for all our weekly calls, provided all needed information and was always through with her work. The website was done faster than we anticipated and all my questions got asnwered. We received a lot of advice and insights, which have helped our project to get traction better than we expected it to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'd say the personal touch and the owner's knowledge. I have worked with other SEOs in the past and most of them act as if they have a secret sauce to rank websites. Ramona always shared her strategies with me, gave me access to their company's SOPs, allowed me to even record our video meetings. Anytime I had a question, she'd screen share and show me how they do their research, what works for their websites etc. I found these video calls to be extremely valuable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Medically - New York Medical SEO could have done differently?

We were very happy with the outcome and personal care received.

I'm self employed and own a small marketing business in Italy. My company serves a wide range of clients, from private individuals to small to medium businesses, various niches.

I needed help with some of my projects as I started signing up more clients, more specifically I needed help with optimizing the websites of a couple clients in the medical industry.

My goal was to offer a top notch SEO service to my clients in the medical niche so I needed to hire someone who can cater to such specific needs.

I've talked to Ramona in detail about the goals of each project. We worked together on developing the best plan possible so that I could focus on communicating with my clients and overseeing my other projects while she took care of the SEO optimization for the websites she would take over and work on.

What was the team composition?

It was just me and Ramona working on the medical projects. In the future, we may add more members to our team but so far it's been great working in tandem.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I know for a fact that an SEO campaign takes time, yet after Ramona took over some projects, the rankings of the websites she worked on started to increase almost immediately, after only a few short weeks!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Ramona is a very nice person to work with, communication has never been a problem with her (we often talk on Skype or Viber, but email is our main way to communicate) and most importantly, she never missed a deadline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As mentioned previously, I've worked with Ramona in the past. Nevertheless, I'm impressed with her SEO and marketing knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I'm not sure what to respond as far as improvement goes. SEO is a competitive and ever-changing industry, but Ramona seems to keep up with the latest Google updates and other changes without any problems.
