I am a co-owner of an office supply and equipment store.

We hired MediaSaga to create a solit SEO and PPC campaign for our business.

We wanted to improve our sales and gain new customers both in and out of the city.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected this vendor through the recommendation of my business partner who hired MediaSaga for his other business. I was convinced to try their service after he described his experience and showed me the results.

Basically, we wanted MediaSaga to increase our websites ranking on specific keywords that are vital to our goals. At the same time, we wanted to use Google Adwords create awareness and gain traction in our target market.

What was the team composition?

It was John who helmed our campaign together with his amazing team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At start, we were mostly in the third or fourth page of Google when searching for our chosen keywords. Thanks to MediaSaga's efforts, we were able to land on the first page on three selected keywords. As for the PPC campaign, we tripled our leads and managed to gain new customers, even outside the state.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All forms of communication and interaction with MediaSaga was a pleasure. Transition from one step to another was fluid and we were always informed about the status and results of the campaign.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive things about this company are their skill set and understanding of our market.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am very satisfied with their service. Sadly, we had to let them go due to the current situation we were forced to face with. However, after this we'll be glad to have them again.
