What challenge were you trying to address with Mediartem AI?

I was looking for AI education because I wanted to be more aware of the AI tools I could use in my everyday job.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mediartem AI provided a full-day training on the advanced use of AI tools. The training started with an introduction to AI, covering wider topics, such as the security of use and the basics of AI. After that, the team walked us through the process of practicing with AI tools.

Mediartem AI sent us a questionnaire before the training and all the info needed. The team determined our needs and tailored our training through the questionnaire because we had some questions regarding the private use of AI.

I had heard about Mediartem AI before and had some friends who were satisfied with their training. I reached out to the team because I wanted to participate in their program.

We spent between $500–$600.

We worked together in July 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I started using AI tools much more intensely after the training. I used them a couple of times a day, whereas I only used them once a week before the training. The training was tailored to our needs, and we had plenty of use cases from which we could benefit in our everyday jobs.

I always needed to look for new leads for my company and had a practical question. Mediartem AI even sent me a very detailed prompt after the education. The team did a great job and used prompting to look for and draft the list of new leads.

How did Mediartem AI perform from a project management standpoint?

Mediartem AI met deadlines and stayed on budget. They communicated through email, phone calls, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Mediartem AI provided hands-on training. While there was some theory to help us understand, the team gave the training a human touch.

I can't think of anything they could improve on.

We didn't have such inspiring training in the past; it was really practical and useful. Our employees were really thrilled and fully satisfied. They were really grateful for having that kind of education organized. The team was really inspired, and their energy was great. We plan to continue our cooperation with them.

When we were in the same room with them, it was very interesting, full of real-life examples, and practical and pragmatic.

Although the workshops and training sessions concluded only recently, the first measurable impact has already become evident. One of the most noticeable improvements has been the immediate time savings experienced by individuals who participated in the program.

These efficiencies were observed across various departments — from automated email drafting and response handling, to practical applications in marketing and human resources management. The integration of AI tools into daily workflows has not only streamlined routine tasks but also empowered team members to focus on higher-value strategic activities.
