I'm a Project Manager for a construction company in Dubai. There are more than 200+ employees in our company.

I hired Media Partners Middle East FZ LLC for creating a corporate video for our company. Mainly it was project based video to showcase our expertise in construction of Schools & residential buildings.

Our goals was to showcase our expertise in construction of Schools & residential buildings.

How did you select this vendor?

We found them online first and upon doing more research by our team they were highly recommended by other existing client who are also in construction business based in UAE.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

After the initial briefing, visit of the premises was done by them based on that they made a list of areas to be shot. Shooting date was fixed. They brought the professional team to carry out the shoot. Once the shoot was done they did Editing, Motion Graphics and Delivered the video which was well received by our management/

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Project Management was great. From the beginning of the project they were very quick to respond to mails and calls, Whenever there is any need of suggestion they always have solution for all our concern regarding video production.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have received a huge appreciation from our clients and won many projects presenting the video which Media Partners made for us. Moreover we are using it for events we participate in and the video is running on loop in our office reception.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was provided to us which was well structured. They have given us the timeline which states the exact date of scripting previews, shooting dates and the presentation of the 1st draft version of the video and the delivery date. The workflow was very smooth.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Cost Effective, Experienced talented team

Are there any areas for improvement?

Media Partners Office must be relocated to better area where there is ease of parking. Its very difficult to get parking.
