MDev Solutions designed and developed a full-stack CRM system from scratch for our chemical trading business.

Key deliverables included: Customer management with sales funnel tracking and interaction history 

AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot (Google Gemini) for automated customer responses and price inquiries

Bulk campaign system for WhatsApp, SMS, and Email marketing with audience filters 

Google Sheets integration to sync customer and order data automatically 

Role-based access for Admin, Sales Manager, and Sales Rep users 

Inbox for managing live WhatsApp conversations with AI reply suggestions

Deployed on a live VPS with custom domain and secure login

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

> - The AI WhatsApp chatbot now handles the majority of customer inquiries automatically, reducing manual response time from hours to seconds > 

- Sales team can track all leads and customer interactions in one place, eliminating scattered spreadsheets and missed follow-ups > 

- Bulk campaign system enabled us to reach hundreds of customers at once for promotions and price updates >

- Automated follow-up messages after price quotes improved customer response rates > 

- Google Sheets sync reduced manual data entry work significantly for the operations team >

- The entire customer database (1,000+ records) was migrated and organized with proper sales funnel stages

MDev Solutions was highly responsive throughout the entire project. Features were delivered in phases as agreed, and any bugs or change requests were addressed within hours ,sometimes the same day. Whenever we had a new requirement or an issue in production, they fixed it immediately without delay. Communication was clear and proactive , they explained technical decisions in simple terms and kept us updated at every step. The team went beyond just writing code; they understood our business needs and suggested improvements we hadn't even thought of. Overall, project management was excellent and we always felt well supported.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their ability to deeply understand our business before writing a single line of code. They didn't just build what we asked; they asked the right questions and built what we actually needed. The AI WhatsApp chatbot was particularly impressive; it handles real customer conversations, knows our product pricing, and escalates to a human only when necessary. We also appreciated that they built everything as a unified system, CRM, chatbot, campaigns, and Google Sheets sync all connected together, rather than separate tools. Their speed of delivery and willingness to fix issues at any hour made them feel like an in-house tech team, not just a freelancer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MDev Solutions could have done differently?

Nothing major to complain about. If anything, we would have liked more structured documentation for end users, but they compensated for this by being always available to walk our team through any feature in person. A formal onboarding guide or video tutorial would be a nice addition in future projects. That said, the quality of the work and their responsiveness more than made up for it.

MDev Solutions also ensures the platform remains secure and reliable, helping our team work more smoothely and effectively.

The project has led to more efficient day-to-day operations by reducing manual processes and improving workflow automation. We’ve seen faster task completion, fewer operational errors, and better organization across teams. The platform has also improved system reliability and internal communication, helping our team work more smoothly overall.

Project management was generally solid, with clear communication and a strong willingness to adapt to our needs. While some deadlines were occasionally missed, he remained responsive and proactive in addressing delays and keeping things moving forward. There were times where alignment on the broader vision required additional clarification, but he was open to feedback and made adjustments quickly. A significant portion of the work involved debugging and refining the platform, which he handled thoroughly, helping ensure a more stable and reliable end product.

What stood out most was their availability and responsiveness throughout the project. They were often accessible even outside of standard hours, which made a big difference in keeping things moving. Beyond that, they took a hands-on approach, worked to understand our needs, and remained flexible and open to feedback, staying engaged throughout the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MDev Solutions could have done differently?

There are a few areas where things could be improved. At times, clearer alignment on overall project goals and the bigger picture would have helped reduce back-and-forth during development. Additionally, more consistent adherence to timelines would have improved predictability. A significant portion of the work involved debugging, so earlier identification of potential issues could have streamlined progress. That said, they were very responsive, open to feedback, and consistently willing to work through challenges to keep the project moving forward.
