I’m the CEO of Tamrah Health, a digital health platform for health and wellness.

What challenge were you trying to address with MD-LABS?

We needed to develop a health and wellness app on time and on budget with a trusted partner.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MD-LABS was a one-stop shop. I used one of their services called “team as a service.” They assigned me a complete team that finished the job on time and on budget with no hidden fine print. They transformed my thoughts into a real finished product. The team handled the app’s design, development, enhancement, and maintenance, including troubleshooting as needed.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from MD-LABS.

How did you come to work with MD-LABS?

They were referred to me by another happy customer. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $10,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–August 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measured the app’s features, client journey, and budget. The ease of the client journey and onboarding was measured through user feedback via surveys.

How did MD-LABS perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very professional and forward-thinking but still had a human touch. The engagement wasn’t very transactional, and they weren’t greedy. They really cared about our personal interests as their own interests and were very considerate about our changing circumstances.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they should keep up the great work.

I’m a partner and director of partnerships and delivery at Edusofx. We help education systems bring AI into teaching and learning in a way that strengthens, rather than replaces, the work of educators.

What challenge were you trying to address with MD-LABS?

We needed agility in delivery, high quality, enough AI resources, speed in delivery, a good support level, flexibility, and EdTech references all with affordable cost.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MD-LABS has developed, deployed, and tested the Edusofx Learning Buddy product using AI and agile modes. The team has reviewed the original product from a previous company and continued developing the full software product with release management, including deployment and testing. MD-LABS has also provided ongoing support. The team has delivered new UX/UI, content ingestion (in progress), automatic lesson view and edit, lesson plan and worksheet, AI activity and its progress, user management, roles, assigned users, and an analytics dashboard. MD-LABS has also deployed the product to two customers.

I met MD-LABS during an education event in Cairo called Eduvation. We chose them because they were a great culture fit, had good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

We started working with MD-LABS in June 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MD-LABS has delivered release dates with new features and deployment for both staging and customer environments. The team has also delivered agile release management and quick support. Users have reported a quick response to fixing issues and considering their comments in the roadmap.

How did MD-LABS perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve communicated with MD-LABS via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps. The team has delivered on time, although there were some delays at the beginning for the ramp-up.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with MD-LABS’ support and agility.

Are there any areas they could improve?

MD-LABS’ quality control and testing need more improvements. The team also needs to depend more on using AI tools to increase productivity for future releases.
