Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner of Victory Game Clocks in Roanoke, AL where we design and manufacture Portable/Wireless Clocks, Timers, Scoreboards, plus Electronic Down Markers for high school, college, and professional sports teams.

For what projects/services did your company hire McNutt & Partners?

The team at McNutt & Partners and I have worked together for over 10 years. They have designed and maintained our website during that time period and, over the past two years, have initiated a Social Media campaign that has helped drive our website to the top of Google searches. They have also designed and managed mass email campaigns for us, with spectacular responses that have generated millions of dollars is RFQ's and sales to date.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We started working with McNutt & Partners when we shared nearby office spaces in an incubator-type building at Auburn University. Since then, they have been a great marketing partner in the growth of our business for over 10 years. They are so easy to work with, it's like having my own in-house marketing team!

We do not have just one single project with McNutt & Partners, they are our 'off-site' marketing department, we work together weekly, and they are always available for advise.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I work weekly with John, James, Katherine and Hanna for technical support, graphics design, and social media.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website inquiries have increased dramatically over the past few years as a result of the mass email and social media campaigns and I owe that all to the McNutt Team !

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We do not have scheduled weekly meetings, but they are always there for me when I have questions. They know how to take the hand-off and run with the ball.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism, combined with personal touch, makes working with so easy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I could not ask for more from the McNutt & Partners team as they are all equally fantastic to work with !
