Maxis is an IBM Gold Partner and an authorized IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) reseller, and it delivers Maximo upgrades, TRIRIGA migrations, IBM i (AS/400) modernization, and IBM Z mainframe replatforming. It also moves workloads to Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft platforms.
Every project runs on the Alchemize Suite, a platform Maxis built in-house. It maps system dependencies, migrates and transforms data, converts code, and validates that the new system matches the old one. This approach lets Maxis offer fixed-price engagements and repeatable results.
In one project for IBM, Maxis received a 72 GB SQL Server Maximo database on a Thursday and returned it upgraded and converted to Db2 the following Tuesday, with zero migration issues. For an automotive battery manufacturer, Maxis cut migration runs from about 20 hours to about 2 hours.

Maxis Technology was founded in 2011 by Steve Cornell to solve the hardest part of any modernization project: moving the data. Working inside IBM Maximo environments, the team saw how much time and risk manual migrations added, so it built Alchemize to automate the work.
