The scope of work involves developing a CRM/ERP solution specifically tailored to meet the needs of the preschool educational center. This includes gathering requirements, designing a comprehensive system architecture, developing customized modules, integrating CRM and ERP functionalities, rigorous testing, deployment, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. 
Key deliverables include the CRM/ERP system itself with modules for student and staff management, attendance tracking, billing, inventory, curriculum planning, and communication tools. Additionally, documentation, training materials, integration documentation, and a support and maintenance plan will be provided to ensure effective implementation and usage of the system.

1. Increased Efficiency: Measure the reduction in time and resources required to manage various tasks such as student enrollment, attendance tracking, billing, and inventory management. An increase in efficiency would be indicated by a decrease in the time taken to complete these tasks compared to the previous manual or less integrated methods. 
2. Improved Accuracy: Quantify the reduction in errors or discrepancies in data entry, billing, attendance tracking, and other processes. An improvement in accuracy would be demonstrated by a decrease in the number of data entry errors, billing discrepancies, or mistakes in attendance records. 
3. Enhanced Communication: Measure the improvement in communication between staff, parents, and other stakeholders. This could be assessed through surveys or feedback mechanisms to determine if the CRM/ERP solution has facilitated better communication channels and improved overall satisfaction.

Provision of constructive feedback to optimize the software development process and enhance the final product. Continuous communication and collaboration with myself throughout the development process to ensure that the software met expectations and requirements.

• MavixIO delivered a functional and efficient software product that met my specific needs and requirements. Weekly sprints, a development server and detailed instructions and support on how I can deploy individual branches for testing.
• MavixIO used the Vue tech stack to create a robust and reliable software architecture that was efficient in terms of performance, user experience, and scalability.
• Timely delivery of all milestones and final deliverables: MavixIO completed all milestones and delivered the final product within the agreed-upon timeframe, ensuring that the project was completed on schedule.
• MavixIO maintained open lines of communication with me throughout the development process and worked collaboratively with them to ensure that the final product met their expectations and requirements.

With the support of MavixIO, the project was broken down into user stories. These would then be discussed on an ongoing basis to make sure that there was a clear understanding of the requirements. Weekly sprints were used throughout the project with the latest features being deployed to the development server for testing. MavixIO also took the time to provide detailed instructions and support on how I can deploy individual branches for testing.
