Their goal was to make a 3D viewer that can read a very specific format and allow the user to view and interact with the 3D object.

I selected them because I saw the work they did for someone else (also CAD web-related) and was very impressed.

the preformance is a few orders of magnitude better than what I had before. the SOW was done word for word
