We worked with Matey from user journey all the way to low fidelity and ultimately to app launch of Zate. As we continued to lear from our users, we needed to identify problems with our user experience as well as gain feedback in order to improve our app as we continued to grow. Matey was instrumental in working towards creating clean and simple solutions to the problems we were solving. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The end goal was to have a fully functioning app on the app store that people resonated with. We are still a growing comopany, but feel that we did accomplish that. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We use project managment software and figma to keep projects as organized as possible. They always completed projects on time and with impressive attention to detail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

You want to find people that understand the end vision and don't try to put their own personal touch on the project. We were able to look at the end goal and break them down into small steps to get there, something that can prove to be extrmeley challenging. This was always something that I appreciated and look back on with a great deal of gratitude. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Matey could have done differently?

We can always imrpove but I don't have anything specific to add here.
