We searched online and Mr. Manoj, Founder of Matebiz was so patient and he was educating us on how we can present it well to attract more customers

We had initial meetings, phase-by-phase deliveries, and finally 1-year of maintenance.

We hired Matebiz pvt.ltd. for SEO for our company in 2018. One of our first goals was to migrate our website platform from wordpress. We had to build our traffic from the ground up and SEO helped us accomplish that.

We had multiple team members that we worked with throughout the years. I do not know their positions.

We've been maintaining our good rankings and have grown traffic since the migration.

We used many tools but ultimately the best thing that worked was having a meeting that lays out yearly, quarterly and Monthly goals and sticking by that plan throughout the year. Going back to it and making sure we are optimizing the right seasonal or new as well as, MAtebiz PVT.LTD. being flexible when we have to scrap old projects and start new ones on short notice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Apart from their professionalism, what we found the most impressive about Matebiz.PVT.LTD. is the way how confidently they handle a difficult situation. Their flexibility to change course when needed was amazing, and perfect ambassador of teamwork.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Matebiz PVT.LTD exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Once we were reassigned from Rachel as our point of contact we struggled to find someone with the same expertise and deliver us the results we needed. However, once assigned Logan as our point of contact we are much more satisfied.
