Livnfresh is a company that sells apparel. We combine high-quality with a unique design, and the goal is to create an emotional attachment or something that you remember from the past through that design. My role is in business strategy and development.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with MasterMindSEO?

The end goal is to make sure our ranking is as high as possible for tags and specific keyword searches. We didn’t have anyone on our team working on SEO [search engine optimization].

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MasterMindSEO built our strategy from the ground up. MasterMindSEO configurated the wording on the website. Then we needed to create a position that was strong enough with the .com or URL by creating backlinks or having other people reference to us. The content component is another part of our strategy which is in the form of a blog. We identified what our mission and core values are and who we’re trying to reach. We collaborated on the content. We’re not always trying to sell people. We’re also sharing information that people want to see or read about. MasterMindSEO's wisdom and experience make them very valuable.

How did you come to work with MasterMindSEO?

My partner found MasterMindSEO, so I wasn’t involved in that process. MasterMindSEO is the best fit for us because of the give and take. MasterMindSEO tries to understand what we are trying to accomplish then creates the scope to fit around that.

How much have you invested with MasterMindSEO?

We have spent a total of between $10,000 and $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with MasterMindSEO in March 2015, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

I can say 20% to 30% of our traffic comes from searches on the internet through Google. In regards to our wholesale, we have people asking about our product because they read about it through a post by somebody else or found it on the internet somehow. I can also attribute some growth to press releases. For example, we were featured in an independent movie where our product is used.

How did MasterMindSEO perform from a project management standpoint?

MasterMindSEO is excellent at managing my expectations inside of the project. Steve [Owner & Head SEO, MasterMindSEO] was our primary contact, and if he says he’s going to deliver something on a certain date, he does everything in his power to get the work done. He keeps me updated on the progress. If he can’t meet the deadlines, there’s a specific reason why, and there’s a plan to fix it. MasterMindSEO is great at communicating, and we primarily use Skype but also use phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about MasterMindSEO?

I’ve worked with a lot of individuals in internet services. The thing that sets MasterMindSEO apart and why we will continue using them is because of communication and the fact of how he’s built a relationship with us that we trust. He’s producing what he’s promising he can do. If he can’t produce something, he lets me know which helps build more trust in the relationship.

Are there any areas MasterMindSEO could improve?

Something that helps us is the ROI [return on investment]. To be able to say that a certain task helped with sales is what we’re all about. That’s one thing that could be improved, but I also have an understanding of how SEO works, and it’s not always easy to place a specific number on an action.
