What challenge were you trying to address with Massbridge Software?

We hired them to help us build our app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped create the trainer-side of the app, which involved creating a system that enables trainers to create and upload new types of videos and notifications. They used React Native to build the platform. They gave us suggestions for different aspects of the development, and they created a range of features. 

What is the team composition?

Three people from their team work with us, including a project manager. 

How did you come to work with Massbridge Software?

We found them through a referral. As soon as I met with Jordan (Founder), I could tell he was a genuine person who really wanted to help us with our technical needs. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000 on their services. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2019 and our engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve gotten good feedback since going live, which is why we’re working with them on version two to incorporate some of it. They’ve been amazing to work with. 

How did Massbridge Software perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been so great to work with. Any time we plan out a step of the project, it’s estimated very well and thoroughly. Jordan is very on top of everything, from delegating tasks to overseeing the requests and reviewing it. We have a daily standup every day to review their progress yesterday and plans today. We also use Slack and Zoom. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re great at talking through our suggestions and coming up with their own ideas in the process. Their communication makes them stand out—they really work as a part of our team. They’re not separate, there’s a real integration of both of our teams. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything for them to improve on.

Come ready with your vision and be able to communicate it with them. They’ll help you get to where you need to go.
