Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm working as an IT consultant for the ThankYouKart. We are an E-Commerce company that sells clothing, artifacts, stationary and electronic accessories.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mass Infotech, and what were your goals?

As we are the E-Commerce company and we want to have our website. As we did not want to invest in-house developer team, we hired this team for design, development, and maintaining for us

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for the web development team online and shortlisted 10 teams for our project. We chose Mass Infotech from all vendors as they showed exemplary knowledge and response.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a initial meeting to discuss our project goals and objectives. From there, the team provides the wireframes for our site, after some iterations we finalized it. They used the React Js in frontend and Node.js in backend as the core technology. As the project goes on they also updated the desing as per the requirements.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were two Full Stack Developer and one UI/UX Developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Some of the features conceived, designed, implemented by the Mass Inotech team are among our most popular features. The Mass Inotech team is now seemlessly integrated into our overall workflow development process. We work as one and couldn't be happier.

We had daily stand with team and we used slack as communication channel and jira for project management.The Mass Inotech portion of that team has integrated seamlessly and we operate as one.

The flexibility and capacity of the Mass Inotech staff has been impressive.
