I am the Marketing Manager at a cybersecurity company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mash Live?

We were looking to create an offsite location at a conference that could double as a meeting/coffee lounge during the day and as an event space where we could host a series of live entertainment and cocktails/wine during the evenings.

How did you select this vendor?

We were referred to them through a partner company who we cohosted the event space with.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Several virtual meetings discuss goals, vision and the overall setup of the event and space itself. They sourced entertainment, caterers, AV, and a variety of other vendors to make the empty storefront come to life.

What was the team composition?

We communicated mostly with the National Account Director and National Account Manager. They were also onsite for most of the week long event from start to finish.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Many of our attendees enjoyed the space and were impressed by the overall setup. Our employees enjoyed having a place to meet with conference-goers in a more intimate setting.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They had open lines of communication and replied to emails in a timely fashion. The weekly calls were also helpful.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We came to them with roughly a month's notice and they pulled everything together without much direction or time.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

None.
