I am the director of Grip Architecture + Design Ltd. We are an architectural practice based in the UK.

We hired Render.bar to produce a series of photorealistic architectural visualisations for a number of our current projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The architectural visualisation industry is a highly competitive industry with numerous artists and visualisation studios to choose from. We selected Render.bar based on the high quality of their work and their competitive image rates.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We engaged with the team at Render.bar via a series of video calls. We collectively worked through the key design stages of each project, from the initial briefing meeting to establish our intentions and expectations, to selecting the camera angles, materials and lighting, and then refining the final images. The end product for each project is a series of photorealistic architectural visualisations that illustrate our designs for our clients.

We worked directly with two of the main directors of the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are extremely pleased with the images that Render.bar produced for us. They are industry leading visualisations of the utmost quality.

Extremely effective. Render.bar work quickly and efficiently and we work very well together.

Their professionalism and the quality of their work. Both are fantastic.

The goal was to make high quality visualizations of apartment complex, show the mood and the best architectural decisions through the renders. RENDER.BAR are professionals, so we decided to collaborate with them without hesitation

We chose them because they understood our ideas immediately

Describe the engagement and overall scope of work in detail, including the stages of the partnership.

First, we had a call meeting where we described our project (location, architecture, target audience etc) and sent all the incoming information (references, drawings and 3D-files). Later they showed their visions of cameras angles for approval and started to do draft renders. After that final renders were done.

What were the terms and the value of the lease, and what percentage did RENDER.BAR take in commission?

50% of total amount in the beginning and other 50% after final renders

I don’t know exactly their positions, but I want to say that they were very polite and did all the stages of work on time
