Our Story
My career began in hospitality, managing back-office operations, before moving into banking as a billing analyst, then into technology. I entered the commercial sector in 1998, spending the past 15 years in senior management focused on commercial operations.
I’ve now brought that experience home — literally. Today I help Scottish SMEs implement CRM and workflow automation that removes admin and pays for itself.
