We work with MarketPlace Prep in several areas, including prep and pack for our FBA inventory destined for Amazon, DTC fulfillment for our FBM listings, logistics consulting to improve our internal operations, and storage of extra inventory. James at MarketPlace Prep is a pro with Amazon logistics. He is always on top of learning new ways to save us money. He has streamlined our FBA prep and ship to reduce our costs and lead times for getting inventory received by Amazon and Prime Eligible. James and his team have gone above and beyond to help grow our DTC business through the creation of many new FBM offers on Amazon to supplement our FBA offerings.

Fast processing of our inventory that needed prep and ship work to send to Amazon for FBA. Our target is 1 week processing time.

Lowering our logistics costs by using MarketPlace Prep's special network of carriers.

Lowering freight costs for our FBM SKUs using MarketPalce Prep's DTC program.

Yes, MarketPlace Prep is on top of running their business and has ensured smooth operational efficiency. James and his team have found many ways for us to save money on logistics costs, which have added up to a substantial sum over the years.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

James and his team have insane attention to detail and are always on the lookout to save their clients money. I've been incredibly impressed by how much the team cares about stretching our dollars and saving us money by making our logistics more efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Marketplace Prep could have done differently?

The only critical feedback I have is that there were a small handful of times where the warehouse got backed up and our shipments were processed slower than expected. However, James and his manager were proactive in keeping me in the loop on the delay and took corrective actions to prevent it from happening again.
