We were looking for an agency to help us manage my organic social media channels for Violet Balance and Violet Balance Kitchen in Instagram. Marketing Toolbox helped us define a content strategy, elaborate monthly plans and give us ideas on how to grow our following.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Marketing Toolbox was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. I searched for quite some time and got a few offers but I wasn't happy with their approach. Marketing Toolbox prepared a very detailed strategy and also helped me understand how I can earn more money with my social media channels and blog.

We hired Marketing Toolbox for two main projects - optimization of blog content and management of organic social media channels. They suggested optimizing the existing blog posts to improve our traffic and SEO efforts, and developed a strategy for the next content, helping me with specific recommendations. The other project was Instagram strategy and management for my two channels - Violet Balance and Violet Balance Kitchen. They prepared an overall strategy and vision for each account, as well as monthly calendars with specific details so I can prepare my content calendar.

I worked directly with Ani Miteva, who is the Head of Marketing in the company. We had weekly meetings with her to discuss results, advances and next steps.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started a couple of months ago and we are still working on implementing the whole strategy. I know that the results are going to be long-term and will take some time, but so far, I've managed to increase the following for both my channels as well increased the views of my Reels.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very smooth and it was easy working with them. We had weekly meetings, updates via chat in the meantime, and we had total transparency over what was being done to the website and the social channels.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique and impressive thing I found about Marketing Toolbox was their proactivity. They didn't conform to only executing what they were hired for, but constantly gave me new ideas, suggestions, recommendations and sent me examples of other social media posts for inspiration. They exceeded my expectations and it was clear that they really wanted to help me grow my business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There weren't any significant areas for improvement, I was really happy with the process and the outcome.
