Are there any areas for improvement or something The Marketing Specialists could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was very positive and professional. If anything, having even more detailed onboarding documentation at the very beginning of the project would have made the process slightly smoother on our side. A centralised project dashboard for tracking progress in real time could also add an extra layer of visibility.
