Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Executive Director of a nonprofit arts organization; we primarily engage our community in art exhibits, paid and free educational offerings, outreach programs, and other art-related opportunities.

For what projects/services did your company hire Marketing Qubed, and what were your goals?

We hired Marketing Qubed to take the lead on most of our digital marketing and strategy, as well as much of our design work. Our goals were to increase our reach and visibility, and use online mechanisms to drive foot traffic and greater revenue.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a pre-existing relationship with one of the partners, and it was a natural choice to move our business to this company when it opened.

Digital content generation, social media and email communications management, strategy development and guidance, and other related support.

Our point of contact is a single partner, which I appreciate (rather than multiple points of contact for different things).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have increased year-over-year revenue for projects that are included in this scope of work, including retail sales and class registrations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have established a solid workflow that meets our needs, and provides plenty of opportunity for me and my staff to review and approve the work product before it is published.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of service and support we're provided is exceptional. I wonder if we'd receive that level of consideration from other vendors.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We do often make recommendations to update or change content that is in development, though this is not atypical of a relationship of this nature.
