Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner of a marketing agency named PlanetArtz that creates video ads for companies, mainly travel agencies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Marketing Kalkulátor, and what were your goals?

We needed knowledge on online marketing, website SEO settings and a general knowledge on how to get more clients online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was also in a business partnership for myself with this company, so it was the easiest to get what I need from them.

Having spent time with the CEO of Marketing Kalkulator and having discussions I was inspired to find efficient digital marketing channels to get more customers and with the SEO knowledge learned from them, could add value to our new website for PlanetArtz.

I was mainly in touch with the CEO as his knowledge was enough to inspire reaching our goals.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I do have a better picture of how digital marketing works and I tried getting new customers on Linkedin that brought really positive results. Also have a great SEO knowledge, that I can implement in the project or the future projects to come.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had in person talks and those were fruitful for me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge and specialty in the field and the results that they are able to achieve were highly impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe they could have offered some other Google Ads or Facebook Ads options for us, but it was not necessary, so I'm happy with what I got.

We wanted to make our company known in Budapest and in West-Hungary, to receive more orders.

How did you come to work with Marketing Kalkulator?

Marketing Kalkulator advertised in a magazine that I was reading. We already needed someone to promote our company through Adwords.

Please explain the scope of the project in detail. What were you looking for? What kind of services were provided?

My husband had a direct conversation with the CEO of MarketingKalkulator, in which everything was discussed. We don't know much about web marketing and we don't have time for it, beside our work. We wanted to be advertised online, not in printed media.

As far as I know, about 3 people (owner, assistants).

since MarketingKalkulator has been working with us, we have received many more orders. More and more every year. MK wanted to spend more money on Adwords several times, but it was just not necessary, as we are functioning at full capacity.

Via e-mails.

What sets this company apart from other providers? What impressed you the most?

They work in the background like professionals. They never annoy us with various dumb questions. Their work has a great effect on our company.

Is there anything the partner could have done better or differently?

No.
